Tax Revenue Benefits

A PILT agreement was reached at $2,000/MW that will be given to Lawrence Township, in addition to a Community Host Agreement at $2k/MW. Thus, Murch will pay over $7 million in property taxes to Lawrence Township over the lifetime of the project.

Vegetative Screening

Our vegetative screening will incorporate trees and shrubs to soften the appearance of the solar farm to neighbors and community members who frequent the roads alongside the project.

Check out the site plan to see where we will have vegetative screening.
